Our Review of the Jumpsport 14′ Staged Bounce Trampoline

A trampoline is a nice addition to a home. It’s a great way for the family to bond, which encourages playing and working out at the same time.

Most parents don’t buy a trampoline for themselves, but for their kids. This makes safety a big factor, but you don’t know how safe a trampoline is unless you’ve tried it yourself. One way of having an idea about a certain trampoline is by reading reviews, and this article would be reviewing the Jumpsport 14’ Bounce Trampoline.

First, let’s talk about the price. At around $530, this is quite more expensive compared to the other trampolines on the market. Yet, we also need to take a look at the trampoline’s quality. Let me tell you that this is one of the best quality trampolines I’ve ever seen. It’s much bouncier than the average trampoline, yet it’s very comfortable to use. A lot of parents thought it’s dangerous for their kids, but it’s actually safe because of its size.

While some people took time setting this up, quite a number of people says they had no problem with the setting up at all. Considering that I’ve set up a number of trampolines over the years, I’d say difficulty of setting up the trampoline is average. If you’ve never touched one of these things before, I recommend having a partner and watching one of the various online set-up videos.

One of the people I know had their Jumpsport 14’ Staged Bounce Trampoline for a few years and never had a problem with it even though they have it set up in the backyard. This is because this trampoline was made to last, with tough weather in mind.

When it comes to performance, there are no bad things that I can say about this product. The only problem I have with it is the price, although I should say the patented StagegBounce technology (which makes the trampoline safer) makes the price worth it.

Whether you’re looking for trampoline for kids or teenagers, this is a highly recommended product.

Below are some comments about the Jumpsport 14′ Staged Bounce Trampoline product from customers:

As an older mom of a 6 yr old and 18 month old, I wanted something to play on that wouldn’t hurt my “previous gymnast” joints. This trampoline has an excellent feel and with the safety enclosure, is perfect for our needs! It was tough to line up the the springs and I think the company should do a North South East West or color coded match up on the four “corners” of the frame and the corresponding v rings. Other than lining them up, the installation was pretty straightforward and the frame is sturdy and heavy. So far, this has been an awesome addition to our daily routine. I am concerned about how the blue spring padding will hold up but it looks great right now! A previous reviewer said it is expensive to replace, but at under $100, I am not sure I agree with the low rating just on that alone. It is an expensive trampoline but every trampoline will need maintenance, and with this company’s customer service, which is outstanding, I would gladly pay that to keep it looking new!
Jennifer Sheets “Jsheets” – Wilmington, DE

After a lot of research and consideration, we selected the StagedBounce 14′ trampoline. We received the packages very quickly. While more expensive than many trampolines, this product is clearly of high quality, and the kids love it. We had one neighbor child exclaim “this is way more bouncy than ours!” Assembly of the trampoline was very straight-forward, although the safety enclosure was very time-consuming. Highly recommended!
David Sitze “GasStationDave” – Salt Lake City, UT

i love this tramopline! i grew up bouncing on neighbor’s trampolines and i enjoyed it. but when i got on this one, the performance was so much better. i think it is because the use longer and higher quality springs than other brands. they also are really weather resistant and last for years! i am a full grown adult and the safety enclosure that i got with it has taken a beating. quality product. i would recommend this to anyone looking for a new trampoline

Our Review of the JumpSport 14′ SoftBounce Trampoline

A lot of people have one common dilemma when buying a trampoline – quality or price? If you are concerned about your family’s safety (especially when buying the trampoline for kids), choosing between these two shouldn’t even be an issue. Safety should always win no matter what.

However, if you look for a trampoline carefully, you can have both quality and price. Who wouldn’t want to get a high-quality trampoline for a great price? I’m sure I would!

The Jumpsport 14’ SoftBounce Trampoline is one of the greatest trampolines you could ever get. Let’s start with the technology used on it. We all know how dangerous falling off a trampoline is, but what a lot of people didn’t know is that more than half of the injuries people suffered are from the actual jumping on the trampoline’s surface. With the patented StagedBounce technology, 50% of the springs supporting Jumpsport trampoline immediately engage while the other 50% engage a fraction of a second later. This makes the trampoline mat a lot safer and a lot better on the jumpers’ knees.

Now, we all know how much of a hassle setting-up trampolines is. Add a hard-to-decipher manual to the formula and it becomes impossible. Out of the many people I know who owns a Jumpsport 14′ SoftBounce Trampoline, not one had a problem with setting it up. Sure, the safety enclosure (which is sold SEPARATELY) is quite a bit harder to set up, but it’s still a breeze compared to other enclosures.

At around $430, this may not be the cheapest trampoline around but if you take into account the great quality that you get, you’d understand why I say this is probably the best trampoline you can ever get.

Now, a review should contain both the advantage and disadvantage of a product but I just can’t find a fault for this one. Maybe it’s just that I didn’t expect 14’ to be so big, but that’s about it.

If you have gymnasts for kids or just wants your children to have fun at the backyard, the JumpSport 14′ SoftBounce Trampoline is a great option – highly recommended!

Below are some comments about the JumpSport 14′ SoftBounce Trampoline product from customers:

I purchased the 14′ JumpSport trampoline and the 280 enclosure plus various other items from JumpSport. We have had the trampoline for 4 years and it is still in great shape after tons of use by my two daughters. They are both on a gymnastics team and they would rather jump on their own trampoline over the ones at the gym. I purchased the safety net which is a MUST for any trampoline. There are so many times the net has saved my daughters from hitting the ground. The enclosure is extra durable as is the trampoline. I put the trampoline and safety net together by myself – I’m 5’2 and weight 105 lbs. – It was easy – follow the instructions as they make it much easier. The items arrived within just a few days of ordering and the packaging was top notch. I have recommended this company to many people as I find their products, customer service (which is not only helpful but friendly) and pricing the best around! And I researched trampolines intensively prior to purchasing.
Darlene

We recently purchased a Soft Bounce 14′ trampoline with safety enclosure from Jump Sport. The product arrived exactly on the date of expected delivery. The trampoline took only 1.5 hours with only one person. The enclosure took about 2.5 hours with 2 people. The whole set-up was fairly easy. The quality of the trampoline is far better than those that are bought at the discount stores. Watch the video on [...]. It will show you why you should not buy a discount store trampoline. Think about the safety of your family. A Jump Sport trampoline may cost a bit more but isn’t your family’s safety worth it? We had an issue with a few bolt covers missing. We called and they were sent to us within a few days. No questions asked. Then we had a concern on our safety enclosure. The nylon had a few frayed pieces. No holes but just loose string. When we contacted the company to ask them if they felt this could cause concern with weakening of the enclosure in the future, they said that they didn’t want to take a chance so they sent us a new enclosure. Once again, no questions asked. Their customer service is fabulous. We could tell that they really care about their customers. If yo buy it from a discount store, you will not get that type of care. Think about it! Great customer service and the safer great quality trampoline. You can’t go wrong with Jump Sport!

The Jumpsport Soft Bounce Trampoline is a high quality, easy to assemble unit that is perfect for children and adults alike. We’ve been very happy with the unit and the kids love it since the bounce is soft and cushioned even at their low weights.

Our Review of the Needak Rebounder – R20-Non-Folding Soft Bounce Platinum Blue Edition Trampoline

A lot of people buy trampolines for playing. I know that a lot of parents buy trampolines for their kids, but jumping on one is a great way to get in shape as well.

If you want to work out without actually having to work out, a trampoline is a great idea. You can jump on it while watching your favorite show, for example, and your body is already working out without you having to focus your attention on it.

The Needak Rebounder is possible the best rebounder you can ever get. It’s the best piece of equipment for working out for a couple of reasons.

First, it’s easy to assemble. Unlike the big outdoor trampolines where you have to spend hours to set it up, this one is fairly easy since it’s smaller considering that it was made for indoor use.

It’s also a better option than a treadmill. With this, you don’t have to use electricity to make it work. You can also move it out of the way once you’re done, which makes it a better option for people with limited space.

Now, I’d tell you why the Needak Rebounder is better than other rebounders. It was designed with soft-bounce springs, which absorbs as much as 85% of the impact of each bounce. This makes it safer in a sense that it minimizes the chance of spraining your ankle.

It has a lifetime warranty on the frame, five years on the cleats and two years on the mat. In the world of trampolines, this is a very great offer.

Also, when you buy the Needak Rebounder, you also get a copy of the book entitled “Jumping for Health” by Dr. Morton Walker, a copy of the Immune System DVD by Albert Carter and a copy of Dr. Tina Wellman’s Aerobic Resistance Rebounding article FOR FREE. These would teach you the benefits of jumping and the best way to do it.

As for the bad things about the Needak Rebounder, there really isn’t any. Hard as it may to believe, people have very little bad things to say about this product. If you want something that would help you get in shape in no time, this is the perfect product for you.

Below are some comments about the Needak Rebounder – R20-Non-Folding Soft Bounce Platinum Blue Edition Trampoline from customers:

Okay, so I admit I bought this in my latest attempt to get back in shape without actually doing the work. I’m great with the research part of working out. Its the execution that seems to be an issue.

I can tell you it’s not as easy as it looks.. but even as a novice I would HIGHLY recommend this brand which is sturdy, well made, and comes with more than enough informational material to get you started.
Ms Snarky – Boston, MA

I had no idea that bouncing on a rebounder had so many health benefits. Every cell in your body gets a workout–especially your lymphatic system. Even NASA uses rebounding excercises to get astronauts back in shape after a space mission! The Needak rebounder came with a very informative book regarding the health benefits of rebounding. My young son has Sensory Integration Dysfunction and his occupational therapist suggested we get a GOOD rebounder for him to use. The Needak is wonderful! My son’s proprioceptive sense gets a great workout and it is very easy on his joints. I cannot say enough about this Made in the USA rebounder.
Julie – Chicago Area

This is a sturdy well built trampoline, but trampolines are not for everyone. I love to exercise, but the impact on the trampoline is similiar to running and hard on my feet and ankles. Wish I had known that before I bought it. Wanted to write a review in case others were wondering about. If you want a good sturdy trampoline this is a good buy.
And it is – heavy steel, properly welded, strong, heavy-duty springs, tightly woven fabric. What a pleasure to see and use! It reminded me of the metal pedal cars we had as kids – not the light-weight, plastic, made in China stuff you get today that’s designed to last a season or two if you’re lucky.
Our Review of the Airzone Spring Trampoline

Trampolines are great additions to a backyard. It’s a great way to work out (and have fun) or it can be the center of attraction for playdates or birthday parties.

Choosing a trampoline is not that easy. Gone were the days when you can just go to a toy store, pick the first trampoline you see and buy it. If you want the best value out of your money, get a good-quality trampoline. It might be quite more expensive on the upfront, but it actually saves you money in the long run.

The Airzone Spring Trampoline is an example of a good-quality trampoline. The frame is made from cold rolled steel and the frame pad is thick enough with a strong PVC outer covering.

Although the manual isn’t much of a help for the set-up (the drawings are not that easy to comprehend), it’s actually not that hard. It took me two hours to do the set up alone, although I’m sure it could have been quicker if somebody helped me.

I’ve also read other people’s review about the product, and realized that this is not a very good option for people living in windy places. It could easily get blown away, although I think you can either cement or stake the trampoline down.

Some people are disappointed that the Airzone Spring Trampoline wore down after a few years of use outdoors, but I think this is only normal. I mean, anything would wear down after years of exposure to the sun and rain and you can’t expect something to last forever.

At around $285, I’d say this is a great piece of equipment. It may not last forever (and I don’t think anything ever does), but you certainly get the value of your money out of it. This product is highly recommended.

Below are some comments about the Airzone Spring Trampoline product from customers:

I bought this trampoline for Christmas 2008 for my oldest daughter who has down’s syndrome and loves them. First, I am a five foot tall woman who assembled this trampoline with the assistance of my twelve yr old daughter. It was amazingly simple although at times I was challenged with hand-strength in getting the springs in place.

Second, the springs have yet to wear out.

Third, the pad is starting to fray, after ONE YEAR outside, in the weather, assembled in full sun throughout the day. In southeast Louisiana, no less, with frequent rain and humid hot days. I think that this is normal wear and tear. The trampoline is used very frequently, almost daily by my special needs daughter and on the weekends by all four of my children.

Fourth, pad is in great condition.

Lastly, I have no complaints with this product AT ALL! I was hesitant with my order after reading some of the reviews placed but decided to give it a chance and am glad that I did. I will say that my heaviest child weighs 85 lbs at 4’10″, another is 90# at 5’2″, and the other two don’t hit 30# as toddlers. Perhaps that makes a difference? Dad and I have been known to jump on it as well on occasion. Regardless of the jumper’s size, it has commendable bounce. Knowing what I know now, I would not hesitate; I would order immediately! I think I’ve already gotten my money’s worth out of a budget-priced trampoline- and I’m still getting more out of it!
JustTracie – Metairie, LA United States

Along with the matching enclosure this is a great purchase for anyone with young kids (and the yard space to host it). My three love it, and spend at least an hour or two on it a day… The oldest even enjoys it in the rain. I hung a nerf basketball net to one of the enclosure posts but they enjoy the games that they’ve made up far more.

I installed it myself over a couple of days and while a bit of a pain I was able to do it alone, not a hard job. We’ve only had it 3 months, but judging by how well it’s held up so far, I’m certain it will last a good while, heck I think I’ve already gotten a full return.
J Heater “djheater” – Chicago, IL United States

I purchased this product for my 60 pound 8 year old daughter on april 23rd for a birthday gift. She plays on it daily along with my 200 pound fiance and myself at 115 pounds. This goes over the weight limit and we are not gentle with our jumping. We have also had numerouse others on it along with ourselves during her birthday party and it has held up wonderfully. If it can take all the abuse that we give it then i have to say that it is a very durable, wonderful, and safe trampoline.

Our Review of the Jumpsport 380 Safety Enclosure

When you buy a trampoline, whether it’s for an adult or a child, you might as well get a safety enclosure to go with it. There’s no doubt how fun trampolines are, but studies have also showed that jumping on it is one of the leading causes of injuries in America.

There are over a hundred safety enclosures in the market. With all these choices, it’s hard to know which one is the best option for your kids’ protection and this is why it pays to read reviews on magazines or on the internet.

I’ve had several safety enclosures over the years, and I have to say the Jumpsport 380 Safety Enclosure is the best I’ve got so far. The netting is perfect, and though the poles are very strong it’s well-wrapped and no hard area is exposed.

Both adults and kids use the trampoline at home and I like the fact that this safety enclosure is strong enough to catch jumpers up to 230lbs. If it’s strong enough to handle weight this heavy, there’s no doubt that it can catch my kids while they’re playing.

Another thing that I like about Jumpsport products is that you can call for customer service anytime and they’re real friendly too. Take the case of my friend who has the same product. She needed to have a pole replaced so she called customer service. She not only spoke with a live person after a couple of rings, but her problem was taken care of quickly.

The only thing that I don’t like much about the Jumpsport 380 Safety Enclosure is the length of time needed to set it up. Just like other new users, I had to spend at least four hours to put the pole up and set the netting around it – and this is with the help of my spouse! Although the steps needed are not hard, it’s very tedious and this is what takes most of the time. For someone who has always been good at setting up things, having the need to spend four hours on an enclosure is quite frustrating.

Overall, I’d say this is a very good product and I highly recommend it. Although setting it up is a pain, its ability to hold jumpers in is all worth it.

Below are some comments about the Jumpsport 380 Safety Enclosure from customers:

I read the previous review that described a 4hr installation process and thought “I can do better than that”. I was wrong. I am talented with assembling things and have plenty of power tools. However, this takes a while to install correctly and securely.
The good news is that it is VERY well made, all the installation steps make sense, add to the safety, and provide you with a solid border that I believe will hold back all 225lbs of me, if needed.
I was happy to spend the time installing it, as my kids are worth it. Now I just need to figure out how to limit the number of kids on the trampoline in such a way as to maintain the fun and keep it safe.
I would recommend this to anyone with a 14′ trampoline (mine is not a jumpsport, but the installation went just fine). Just plan on the installation process being lengthy. I was at least at 5 hours total.
Nathaniel Carmody “Nate” – Falls Church, VA USA

I researched trampoline nets for almost a year if not more. My son has a hearing loss and has to avoid collision or he could permanently lose his hearing. I wanted to get the best and safest trampoline net for him and when I found the 380 Safety Enlosure, I was thrilled. It proved to be the best one out there. Jumpsport really made the best net ever. None of the bars are showing, no hard objects stick out, everything is wrapped, putting my mind at ease.
njmom – Toms River, NJ

Although intimidated by the reviews, I found the net enclosure simple to install. Time consuming yes, but simple, easy to follow instructions. We installed it in 35 degree weather, so we had to take breaks, but the total time was probably about 4 hours. The poles take two people but after they are upright and secure, the netting was a breeze. We did use a 10mm socket ratcheting wrench. I wouldn’t try to put it together without one and it would’ve gone even smoother if I had purchased a deep socket attachment. I feel so safe bouncing in here now and I do not worry about my six year old being out there alone while I tend to chores. The netting is beefy and the measures they take to secure it may seem like overkill while you are installing them, but so totally worth it the first time you hit that “wall”. Excellent company to deal with too. Their customer service staff was friendly, answered a ton of my questions and provided sound advice that wound up saving me some money!
Aside from controlling your child’s eating habits, getting them to work out is also a good idea.

Unlike adults, kids would never grasp the idea of working out. So, how do you make them interested? You package it as “play”. One of the most effective ways of doing this is by getting your child a trampoline. I yet have to meet a child who can say no to playing on a trampoline.

One of the best trampoline I’ve seen on the market is the Bazoongi Kids 55″ Junior Combo Trampoline and Enclosure.

One of the biggest concerns when it comes to these kinds of products is the set-up. While the manual takes a little deciphering, the actual assembly is not that tricky. Some people take about 45 minutes to do it, while some (who have no experience yet) takes an hour or more.

One thing that I like most about this trampoline is its size. It’s not too big, which means I don’t have to set a special place for it. At 55-inches, it’s enough to cater one child at a time which should be the rule for any trampoline.

Aside from the fact that it’s sturdy, it also comes with an enclosure which makes it even safer especially when you intend the trampoline for a toddler’s use. The poles for the enclosure do its job and keep the child from falling off the trampoline.

If you are eyeing this product, I’d give you three tips. 1.) Only one child at a time. 2.) No somersaults or any kind of stunts allowed. 3.) Children should take turns using it.

This trampoline has one of the best ratings over at Amazon, but that’s not the only reason why I’m recommending it. This is a safe product even for toddlers, and when it comes to children’s stuffs, having something that’s good enough for young kids is also enough to give parents peace of mind.

Below are some comments about the Bazoongi Junior Combo Trampoline and Enclosure from customers:

Purchased this over a month ago and we are loving it! It is not too tricky to put together, I did it by myself w/ some WD-40. It’s very well made, perfect size for small – medium sized kids (I jump too even though I’m 10 lbs over the weight limit). I really like that the pad that covers the springs ties down really well so I don’t have to worry about it moving around (like the old ones used to).
Shelly Vander

Other positive reviews give a good picture of what you’re getting. It seems sturdy and does work, and I’m happy with it.

We originally set it up in the back yard on concrete; then I had to move it indoors, which enabled me to practice taking it apart and reconstructing it with knowledge of how it fit together. Save all the parts, the tensioning tool really is helpful.

The 4-year-old and 2-year-old LOVE it! It doesn’t seem to wear out their interest so far.

The netting is GOOD, it catches errant jumps and the kids get used to it. Don’t let them play with it, that’s all. Three rules: 1. no flips or summersaults; 2. Only one child at a time; 3. Take turns.

In retrospect, the 55″ size seems a good choice: anything smaller seems like it would be too small. The support arms are sturdy enough, and the mounting poles do the job (we put it on a foam pad when moved inside the home).

Some suggestions and nitpicking improvements:

1. The instruction sheet is not well illuminated, nor is the “parts list” in the front as it should be; moreover, the parts are not easy to identify when it comes to the rope ties and somewhat obscure functions of the “V-rings”; you’re on your own when it comes to fastening the enclosure down (p. 17). Diagram 8 on p. 18, for example, is painfully tiny and doesn’t simply say that some enclosure poles have A, some A on one end and B on the other; and you have to sort them out by taking off the foam to see the letters. Diagrams 5 and 6 on p. 19 are a masterpiece of understatement. A 22 page manual, only 5.5 pages devoted to Assembly.

2. The foam sleeves over the enclosure poles in my unit had some holes in them; don’t know if it was a returned item, or just bad packing. We’re coping, but should not be the case. Other users have reported this foam gives way during use and that duct tape is one solution.

3. Make sure ALL the T-connectors are pointing the right way (socket for the enclosure on the outside); if one is wrong, you might not notice it, but the retaining screw won’t go into the pre-drilled hole, and it’s out of kilter.

4. When pulling the springs as the manual states, it’s a good idea to pull with the strong hand, bracing feet against the round leg-sections; use the (gloved) other hand to press down on the spring and to control getting it into the hole in the leg-section. It’s important to count the holes when finding the opposite hole to stretch the spring into.

Setting up the enclosure.

5. This is a process not well explained in the manual, just “During steps 11 and 12 you will ‘sew’ the lower edge of the netting (10) to the V-rings on the bed using the cords (14).” First, the two cords 14 provided may not be long enough, depending on how you “sew”; you can use some of the other cords. I found it works best if you move the netting up; it was not necessary to take the legs off. I wound the string through each V-ring and then through the netting skirt, “sewing”, but needed more than the two long cords to make all the rings.

6. Design courses teach us that one item should not be used for two purposes unless absolutely necessary. In this case, the bottom skirt of the “enclosure” is tied to the “V-rings” which are also used for the important job of tensioning the bed of the trampoline — what it’s all about, remember? Just because the V-rings are there doesn’t mean it’s a good idea to use them to tie cords to.

7. The skirt of the enclosure to be “sewn” to the V-rings doesn’t have defined loops, so you have to push the cord through the fabric, guessing at the proper spot. An improvement would be to have defined loops with better support, or else hooks that clip to the metal circular frame and make it easy to see where it’s held down — and very easy to disassemble if, as I think is common, you want to move it from one room to another, or indoors to outdoors.

Tie-down kit weird

8. A “tie-down” kit, akin to tent stakes, is provided; but most folks will set this up in a playroom or on a concrete surface, not easy to sink tent pole supports into that. Nor is it needed; the thing is very stable. Why the tie-down, when they scrimped on the “enclosure” skirt? Perhaps so they can say “well, you didn’t use the tie-down kit” to reduce liability?

9. The manual recommends (p. 15) “Adequate overhead clearance” of 24 ft….to which one might ask, “…is this drole English humor??”.

I have to give this top rating, becauase it’s a good trampoline, and the manual recommends some good exercises; also, the enclosure is surprisingly resilient, already has stopped one 4-year-old from falling off during a jump.

A color manual, with some improvements in design with respect to the “sewing” of the enclosure, would be a good thing.

There are two restraints over the fabric “door” (which seems small enough to stop adults from getting in): zipper from the inside/outside, and latches from outside. In a potty-time rush, might not be easy to get that zipper undone so that the young person can easily exit. But that might just be a needed constraint due to safety, and it does keep the door closed securely. Inside/outside large, COLORED zipper-pulls might be an improvement.
It’s a great way to entertain them, get them to work out (instead of playing computer games all day) plus it’s an indoor toy so they won’t bug you even when it’s raining outside.

When buying a trampoline for a kid, there are several important features to consider. Safety is the most important of all. The Pure Fun 15-Foot Trampoline has a bar designed to keep kids safe by holding on to it, but just like other trampolines with similar design, it tends to tip over when the child jumps too high.

Most parents found the solution to this problem by backing it up against a couch. You can also use a sandbag on the trampoline’s underside so it keeps it stable.

One of the things that I like most about this trampoline is the ease of setting it up. Most trampoline owners have major difficulties when it comes to set-ups, but not with this one. A lot of owners love that fact that this is a breeze to assemble, averaging around 30 minutes to complete. I’ve also read horror stories about deciphering manuals, but this one got pretty straight-forward instructions that’s very easy to understand and follow.

Now, a 15-foot trampoline is actually bigger than it seems. While this is great for households with multiple kids (allowing them to jump together), you’d want to make sure that you have enough space for it.

Overall, we highly recommend this trampoline. It costs a little higher than most trampolines (at around $95), but every penny is well-worth it. The materials used for this trampoline is obviously of great material, it will no doubt last a long time and I’m sure your child will love it. If you’re looking for a birthday gift, this is surely a great choice.

Below are some comments about the Pure Fun 15-Foot Trampoline from customers:

We purchased this item for our 11-year old son. This was the first trampoline we have ever put together and it is simplistic! Our son absolutely loves this item and needless to say the grownups have jumped on it as well. This item was a perfect investment for our family, especially for the price!

This is the best trampoline I have ever owned. Very stable and made from excellent materials. We have purchased many trampolines throughout the years but this one is by far the best.

Great item for the whole family. Went up really easily with a few extra hands and is super bouncy and big enough for all five members of my family to be on at once.

The Trampoline arrived fast and Shipping was Free!

Easy to setup, I was able to setup up in litte over an hour with the help of two 14 year old girls. It was a fun project, but I would suggest using a 2×4 and a big hammer when putting the legs together. So far no problem and the frame is heavy and strong. We are old fashion and don’t like the nets, Amazon was the lowest price by $50 compared to our local stores.
How about having to buy a new bed after only a few years because your child used to love jumping on it and now the springs are bad?

I am a parent too, and I found one easy solution to these problems – a trampoline. Yes, you’ve read that right. Unlike a regular trampoline though, look for one that’s especially made for kids. This ensures you that the company has children’s safety in mind when creating it, plus it’s a lot more attractive to kids too.

One trampoline that we would like you to take a look at is the Alex Little Jumpers Trampoline. Aside from the colorful and attractive design, it’s very durable which can hold up to 70 pounds of weight. Setting it up is also very easy – just open the legs, attach the bungee cords and then place the colorful padding. No need to deal with complicated tools so have it set up.

When it comes to safety, this trampoline has a cushioned handle so that the kids can hold on while taking a leap. You just have to place a bean bag in front since the trampoline has the tendency to tip over when a child jumps too high.

This is also a great toy for kids who are on the heavy-side. We all know that child-obesity is a huge problem in America right now, and this kind of toy allows your child to work out and have fun at the same time.

What I don’t like much about it is that bungee cord costs around $50 to replace. Kids are real rough when playing and the bungee cords may be needed to change after only a few months. I don’t know about you, but I find comfort in knowing that I can replace accessories whenever I need to – in an affordable price.

For around $77, I’d say this is a great gift for a child. Jumping on a trampoline is a great way to play and have fun as long as the kids are supervised

Below are some comments about the Alex Little Jumpers Trampoline from customers:

I got my trampoline in late March and within 3 weeks the mat tore on the side where the bungee cord goes through. I called customer service asking to buy a replacement mat and they had me send the whole trampoline back to them and they sent me a new one a few months later when it was back in stock. So far, there has been no tear and my son loves it (had it for 3 weeks now). He jumps on it at least once a day for five minutes to get his energy out. It’s nice if you have the room for it and the legs fold under to easier storage (also the handle can come out). Set up was fine. I did it by myself and it took about 15 minutes from start to finish. When threading the bungee cord, keep the mat as centered as possible while you finish or one end will be closer to the side than the other. I put a bean bag in front of the trampoline because it is possible for your child to jump too high and almost flip over the top. It hasn’t happened yet, but it has come close to happening. I’d recommend this toy to anyone. And, if you have any problems, don’t hesitate to call customer service.
J. Pinto – Wayne, NJ

We bought this for our 2 year old son for Christmas and he has used it everyday since. He had a bounce house for his birthday party in October and had started bouncing on everything. He loves to bounce while he watches TV. It is great for rainy days when you can’t go outside to burn off that extra toddler energy. It was also pretty easy for my husband and I to put together took about 30 minutes.
S. Wells – Pace, FL

We bought the trampoline from our 2 1/2 year old Grandson. Our son was able to put it together himself fairly easily. Our Grandson absolutley loves it. We spent 4 days with them, he jumped on it several times each day and we never had an issue of him falling off or hurting himself. He did, however fall off of the kitchen chair twice.
Karen from Delta OH

Gave this to my daughter on her 2nd birthday. She has milk hypotonia of her lower extremities and is just a bit delayed in gross motor skills. We thought jumping would help strengthen her legs. It took about 45 minutes for hubby and I to put together. Two people are needed for assembly so one can kneel on the mesh square and keep it centered while the other threads the bungee cord through the loops and around the frame. The handle is removable and the legs pop out and fold away so it can be easily stored against a wall or under a bed. Our daughter doesn’t quite jump on it, rather she bounces. She is 25 pounds and we have not had any problem with it lifting off the floor. She has had it for 2 days and gets on and off it, using it for 30 seconds-2 minutes at a time. I think this toy will become even more popular when she learns to jump. It’s great to have on a rainy day.
I remembered having one when I was little, and the feeling of bouncing again and again was simply magical.

Since trampoline meant bouncing, it is the parents’ role to make sure that the kids are safe. One way of doing this is to get a trampoline with a sturdy base.

One such trampoline is the Pure Fun 14-Foot Trampoline. This product has strong, rust-resistant galvanized iron steel tubing using patented T-Section construction, which is safer and longer-lasting than conventional welded trampolines. The snug, secure fit of T-Section assembly insures extra stability and prevents shifting over time, which increases the life and safety of the trampoline while giving parents peace of mind.
The W-shaped legs that this trampoline employs have balanced contact points which add stability and prevent wobbling and tipping.

A lot of the people who own a Pure Fun Trampoline love the fact that it’s a breeze to assemble. It doesn’t require extra tools (it comes with a patented assembly tool, already) and there’s no drilling or any of that stuff involved. Add the fact that it has a 25-pound capacity and that it’s certified to pass all ASTM safety requirements and you can say that you have an almost perfect trampoline.

You read that right: almost perfect. Why? Because I believe that there’s no such thing as a perfect product.

We found out that while this trampoline has one of the best price in the market, its life expectancy is only around three years if you set it up on the backyard. It doesn’t sit well with the sun, although the company claims that the rust-resistant frame will stand up to harsh weather circumstances.

There are not a lot of negative comments on the product per se, but more on the service of the company. For instance, a number of people reported that the package sent to them do not have all the pieces needed to set up the trampoline, although the company was able to take care of it.

Overall, this is a good trampoline and we recommend it. It has a very good price, the product was well made and it’s safe enough for kids to use it.

Aside from the fact that the zippers come off after a few months for some owners, this is a good trampoline enclosure. If you go over to Amazon, you’d noticed that there are a few one-star rating but if you open and read them, you’d discover that it was majorly because these people thought they were getting a trampoline and an enclosure.

Just a suggestion: when you choose this trampoline enclosure, make sure that you pull the netting over and under the trampoline, about six inches under. Also make sure to place the bottom pole above the two brackets and tighten the bottom/lower bracket against the C shaped leg while the other bracket is against the extension pole coming from the T bar. That way the trampoline is more solid when the kids are using it.

Would I recommend this product? Definitely. Not only that, but I would use it myself. It’s high-quality, and the price is not that bad. Besides, nothing compares to having peace of mind while watching my child play – not even a hundred dollars for a trampoline enclosure.

Below are some comments about the Pure Fun 14-Foot Trampoline product from customers:

Very easy to set up. The legs are a bit loose when the kids are using it. I can see the poles separating from one another where they are attached. Make sure you install all the T bars/poles with even length. Once you hit too hard, there is no turning back. Use a mallet on the poles and not a hammer. If you must, use a short 2×4 in between the pole and the hammer, which i did.
I also purchased an enclosure which helped with the loose legs and added safety. I would recommend this. Good quality.
Wear cheap vinyl gloves when installing. Otherwise your hands would turn grey/black from the steel poles.

This is excellent trampoline. This was easy to assemble. With two people, it took us about an hour and half.

It is sturdy. Kids love it a lot. They are enjoying the trampoline. 14-foot size is perfect.

Also, the price was less than other stores.
My spouse once made the mistake of buying a trampoline without buying an enclosure at the same time, and let’s just say I almost had a heart attack when our child started playing.

If you’re planning on buying a trampoline for your child, you might as well include a trampoline enclosure. It will keep your child safe, and it will give you peace of mind.

The Pure Fun 14-Foot Trampoline Enclosure was especially made for the Pure-Fun 14-Foot Trampoline, and people just love it. Aside from the fact that it has sewn-in elastic net straps to keep your child inside it, it also has a zipper enclosure which makes going in and out easy.

Having this trampoline enclosure is important if you’re planning to place the trampoline outside. If you’re worried about the material, don’t be. It was designed with UV-resistant mesh fabric and a rust-resistant frame to withstand harsh weather, assuring you that it would last for the years to come.

Below are some comments about the Pure Fun 14-Foot Trampoline Enclosure products from customers:

I guess amazon description must have been screwed up before, that’s why this item got all negative reviews and mostly bcoz it was not described correctly.

Well, I knew what I was getting – only an enclosure and i knew that would fit a 14″ trampoline thta i had bought earlier.

I received the item in only about 4 days. Opened it and was able to assebmle/install this in probably an hour and half. This enclosure is the right height and seems sturdy. Kids also got the extra comfort while playing/jumping.

I would definitely recommend this product if you are buying PureFun 14″ trampoline or any other 14″ trampoline with 8-poles (4 pairs).
Vinayak Mahajan – Manalapan, NJ United States

Great enclosure! Easy to set up IF you are a handy person. Instructions are OK. This IS for a 14′ trampoline with four C liked shaped legs. The picture shows only 3 legs. It comes with 16 poles which connects into 8 pieces. The foam that protects the poles, don’t throw them away. It is needed. I thought it was for protecting the enclosure poles while shipping. Make sure the short foam (bottom pole) is above the two brackets. Also tighten the bottom/lower bracket against the C shaped leg while the other bracket against the extension pole coming from the T bar. That way the trampoline is more solid when the kids are using it.
The enclosure poles comes with 6 sleeves (3 green and 3 blue). If you care about how it looks, alternate the colors. Each sleeve goes in from the top of the enclosure pole. Slide sleeve 2/3 down and attach the second enclosure pole. Make sure your visually see the pin click though.
The enclosure was a little harder. I would recommend a 2 person installment. Make sue you pull the netting over AND under the trampoline, about a good 6″ under. Grasp with both hands and good amount of netting to pull down and under.
Make sure the enclosure zipper is straight before you start the pulling/covering process. Otherwise it will looked uneven. But you can start over. Mine looks uneven and I didn’t alternate the color sleeves. But my kids didn’t care. My wife on the other hand, is a different story.

The poles and netting of this trampoline enclosure help ensure my grandchildren’s safety while jumping and having fun! I recommend this product for anyone who has a trampoline that doesn’t have this safety feature.
